Decorated Egg Workshop

Friday, October 5, 6-8 p.m.
Learn to make intricate, vividly colorful decorated eggs using the Ukrainian Pysanky wax resist technique. Whether your egg is in the traditional Ukrainian style, or a style all your own, its beauty will enchant you. It also makes a wonderful Christmas ornament or gift. The instructor will provide all materials. Dress code: a soup-stained shirt and grungy jeans. Ages ten and up.

Leah Kenyon works at Politics & Prose, and has initiated many of her coworkers into the cult of the beautiful egg.
